Toa Samoa i Fort Bliss, El Paso Texas performed at their Asian American Pacific Island Heritage Ceremony this month.  The President’s proclamation says, “This month, we celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and we recognize the achievements and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders that enrich our Nation."  [courtesy photo]
