Daughter of Am Samoa in 11th Engineer Battalion promoted to NCO

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — SGT Falefasa Sea (with ula) is one of 22 NCOs newly promoted from the 11th Engineer Battalion at Camp Humphreys, South Korea this week.

SGT Sea hails from Manu’a and is the daughter of Tuvaelagi and Ausetalia Taotua; and granddaughter of Fagava’a and Vainiu Sea. 

SGT Falefasa Sea has made history this week being one of the few females in a combat specialty field serving as a Combat Engineer. She is one of 22 newly promoted NCOs from the 11th Engineer Battalion at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
