Leupolu-Osouna promoted to CPO

Angel C. Leupolu-Osouna was promoted to Chief Petty Officer (E-7) in the United States Navy on 16 September 2016. She is the daughter of  Kiliata Leupolu of Fagaitua and Pitolua Sene-Leupolu of Aoa & Sailele.

Angel grew up in Aoa with her Grandmother the late Ruta Sailele Sene and her Grandfather the late Mamea Uelese Sene.

CPO Leupolu-Osouna is currently stationed in Naval Station Bahrain. She is pictured here with her husband (far right) and is the mother of two — Matai (8) and Alapeti Jr. (11).
