ASCO MOTORS GIVES BACK

ASCO STAFF

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Samoa News saw Asco Motors management & staff walking along the Tafuna-Airport road, picking up trash as they walked and greeting people as they passed in vehicles — looking like they were having a great time — on Friday morning, March 8, 2024.

Samoa News stopped a couple of the participants  — of which one was Krishneel Chand, Finance & Admin Manager and Asco Motors Treasurer/ Secretary — to ask about their ‘day out’ event.

The following is the Asco Motors- Tafuna management response to Samoa News queries:

Asco Motors American Samoa organized a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) event — conducting a clean-up campaign in the Tafuna area, taking the route from Asco Motors- Tafuna office walking through to the main road towards TBAS- Tafuna; taking the back road to Lions park all the way to the main highway, walking towards the 3-way junction, turning into the road towards TSM and back to the Asco Motors- Tafuna office.

As part of its CSR activity, Asco Motors believes that giving something back to the country and to its people is one of the greatest things any organization can look forward to accomplishing.

Asco Motors has been doing CSR activities throughout the Pacific in various ways, such as cash donations, distributing groceries and gift vouchers, as well clean-up campaigns, and many other community activities.

Asco Motors Management would like to thank each and every staff member for taking part in this wonderful social-community service. We look forward for more events to come in future.
