American Samoa’s Joelei Ioane came out on top at the International Tennis Federal and Oceania Tennis Federation tournament in Albury, Australia, winning the Girls Singles U12 Juniors Championship. Ioane beat Alex Chand of Fiji with 6- 3 and 6- 4 scores. Joelei who has been playing tennis since age five is a student at Samoa Baptist School.  The daughter of Joe and Leuila Ioane is from the villages of Avau Nuuuli, and Ottoville . [ASG photo]
