Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — On Friday, December 15, 2023, the American Samoa Department of Education recognized and celebrated naming Ms. Marcella Fitisone as the 2024 Territorial Teacher of the Year at the “Celebrating Exemplary Teachers” ceremony.
The celebration was held at the Tradewinds Hotel, which included a celebratory cake honoring her achievement.
