Fatal crash raises questions of safety around Samoa's old wooden buses

Apia, SAMOA — Concerns about the safety of Samoa's colourful old wooden buses have once again become a talking point in the capital Apia. 

A recent crash claimed the life of one passenger and injured many others.  

The buses are the nation's oldest mode of public transport, but the latest incident has some questioning whether they should be retired for good.
