Get Into Your Sanctuary film is Swains Island snapshot

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The National Marine Sanctuary of American Samoa will host a short film on its Facebook page to celebrate the annual Get Into Your Sanctuary promotion. 

This year’s film will be about Swains Island and you can watch it this Friday, August 4 at 8:30 a.m. Go to: https://www.facebook.com/americansamoa.noaa.gov

The brand new film entitled "Swains Snapshot" —  is a visual storytelling that is important to share because it connects conservation and culture and perpetuates traditional cultural knowledge unique to the descendants of Swains.
