Water Month — Protecting the elixir of life photo & caption

On Monday, AS-EPA staff with its partners and the Finafinau group kicked of a month-long celebration with a Wave in front of the Utulei Beach Park and Suigaula o le Atavasa. Activities throughout the month include workshops, field trips and a Beach & Stream Cleanup at the end of the month. Water Month comes at a time that one of the faipule on the Eastside of the island has been asking ASPA (one of AS-EPA’s partners) for a timeline for when clean water can once again become the ‘norm’ for Eastern residents of Tutuila.
