Island wide clean up set with Flag Day decoration

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The monthly Islandwide Cleanup has been set up this month to coincide with Flag Day decorations, which is scheduled for Monday, April 10, 2023, according to a general memorandum, dated Apr 3rd, distributed by the Governor’s Office.

“All departments, agencies, and offices and authorities of the American Samoa Government are required to take part in and assist with this year’s Flag Day clean-up and decorations of various zones that have been identified by the Island Wide Clean-up Committee (IWCC).”

“Your continued dedication and support of the Administration’s efforts to serve our people and usher in the patriotic spirit in this year’s Flag Day celebrations is greatly appreciated,” the memo concludes.
