Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Nurses at the LBJ Maternity Ward confirmed a baby girl was born on Christmas day. However they were not allowed to release any information unless approved by the family, under the HIPPA law, which the hospital enforces.
A nurse did confirm that the baby girl is healthy and was released the day after Christmas with her mother.
