Several employees of StarKist Samoa wave to motorists while trying to avoid the rain at 5 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2022 to observe Domestic Violence Awareness Month. DHSS hosted a candle light vigil at StarKist earlier in October to kickstart activities for the month, which included sessions about the different services available at DHSS.
