Lions Park reopening draws hundreds to block party

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Hundreds of people were in Lions Park during its official re-opening and block party on Friday, with games and free meals.

Reverend Patolo Mageo opened with a prayer and Lt Governor Talauega Eleasalo Ale was the keynote speaker.

There were booths by government departments and agencies, along with jumping castles and water slides, volley ball was also among the games at the opening.
