SOFIAS show their support for LBJ's nurses and staff

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Reigning Miss SOFIAS, Runi Talaifaga (4th from left), pictured with members of SOFIA that visited LBJ Medical Center to present gifts and other goodies for hospital workers, who toiled tirelessly in the past weeks of the COVID-19 community spread.

SOFIA is among the local groups, businesses and individuals that responded to LBJ’s request for any gifts and goodies for its workforce working non stop.

On hand to accept the donation are LBJ chief executive officer, Moefa’auo William Emmsley (5th from left) and medical center acting chief of staff, Dr. Akapusi Ledua (second from right).
