Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The COVID-19 Outbreak Situational Report, as of Apr. 2, shows total cumulative counts to date at 4,677 confirmed community cases, 7 deaths, and 1,633 treated with therapeutics.
Additionally, data shows 1,525 individuals who previously tested positive have now recovered or have completed their 14 days of isolation.
Furthermore, data suggest that 3,145 active cases have been recorded, according to the report, which also states, that on Apr. 2, there were 82 new cases recorded, 0 new hospitalizations, and 0 new COVID-related deaths.
Of the new cases on Apr. 2, the report states that 57 positives were reported from DoH clinics and 25 at LBJ Medical Center.
The report shows that the Manu’a island group remains COVID free.
