A photo of a Governor’s Office vehicle (GO-36) parked in a handicapped parking place at the ANZ Bank parking lot, blocking a couple from parking there. The couple, who took the photo told Samoa News that they had to park their vehicle on the far side of the bank’s parking lot — which was too far for them to walk — all because the driver of GO-34 took their parking spot.
