Progress on new Fono building photo & caption

This Samoa News photo taken yesterday shows — from the ocean side — the ongoing construction of the new Fono building that is now slated to be completed in December 2022. According to some lawmakers, plans by the builder’s designer, Honolulu based Lively Architects, add a reflection of the Samoan culture to the structure. [photo:FS]
