Thanksgiving feasting Samoan style

It’s Thanksgiving feasting Samoan style — the usual Thanksgiving turkey American style — then add on our Samoan popular food such as taro, and baked puaa, and palusami; plus special cuisine representing other ethnic groups on island — such as Filipino and Korean. A local business — which asked not to be identified — shared these photos of their Thanksgiving luncheon on Wednesday for its workforce, showcasing that American Samoa has and will continue to have a diverse community, which celebrates the holidays together as “aiga”.
