Second graders from Pavaiai Elementary School

Second graders from Pavaiai Elementary School got to visit the police substation in Tafuna last week during a special field trip that coincides with their current lesson plan, which focuses on “community helpers” — such a police officers and firefighters. The kids were treated to a visit not only to the police station and also the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighters ARFF station at the Pago Pago International Airport. [photo: courtesy]
