CORRECTION ON HEADLINE IN TUESDAY PRINT EDITION

In response to the headline - “Lemanu and Talauega are officially on the Nov 3rd ballot” - in yesterday’s front page print edition, Chief election officer, Dr. Lealofi Uiagalelei points out that “ALL candidates announcement are not yet official until September 8  and that ONLY the Chief Election Officer can announce the official candidates running for public office.”

“Nomination papers for candidates running for public office will be available June 15, 2020,” he explained.
