Since the announcement by the government of the Measles outbreak on island last Friday, members of the public flocked to the Department Of Health Clinics in Tafuna and Faga’alu to have their children vaccinated this past weekend. Samoa News spoke to a DOH staffer and she said that as of now, they are only vaccinating children and teenagers. In the meantime, some complaints have been posted on social sites about ‘infected’ patients mingling with ‘healthy’ ones at these DoH clinics. [photo: Tony Gasu]
