Measles outbreak update

Health Department’s Dr. Saipale Fuimaono, who heads the Tafuna Community Health Center, giving an update on the locally transmitted measles cases during Saturday’s cabinet meeting  Department of Health (DOH) announced last Friday afternoon during a live broadcast that American Samoa has a “measles outbreak” after nine-samples sent to Hawaii for testing came back positive.
