“LATEST TRUMP ADMIN RULING”

Dear Editor, 

As I read the latest Trump Administration ruling, since both my wife and I are long-term American Samoa residents (non-resident US Citizens in excess of 5 years), if we were to have a child here, that child would not be considered to be naturally born US Citizen, but a Naturalized Citizen. 

Which, of course, would eliminate this theoretical child for eligibility to be President of the United States.  And, of course, would also have disqualified Tulsi Gabbard, Ted Cruz, John McCain, and Mitt Romney. 

Has our Representative to Congress responded on this?  Puerto Rico?  Guam?  USVI?
