72nd birthday, Gov. Lolo Matalasi Moliga

In celebration of his 72nd birthday, Gov. Lolo Matalasi Moliga  prepares to cut his birthday cake, which was prepared by the Department of Port Administration, towards the close on last Friday’s cabinet meeting at the Pago Pago International Airport terminal. Cabinet members along with support staff from Port Administration and Governor’s Office sang “Happy Birthday” for the governor, who insisted — during his brief remarks — that he didn’t want a birthday celebration.
