Governor discharged from hospital

Seattle, WASHINGTON — American Samoa's Governor, Lolo Matalasi Moliga, has notified his cabinet that he has been discharged from the hospital.

The governor had been hospitalised at the Swedish Hospital in Seattle, Washington, where he underwent surgery and had remained for nearly a month.

A family member, Malaepule Fuega Moliga, said prayers have been answered, the governor has regained strength and he has left the hospital.
