The MV Sili received a metal plate patch Sunday by underwater US Coast Guard divers using epoxy. The MV Sili remains at the Fagatogo Wharf and cannot be removed from the water at the Ronald Reagan Marine Railway as the lifting devices are currently out of service for several months.
