GHC Reid & Co. Ltd. recycling

Workers at the  GHC Reid & Co. Ltd. compound in Tafuna putting together thousands of aluminum cans that have been compacted, and placed in storage awaiting shipment off island. Twice a year, GHC Reid ships to a US company 350,000 pounds of cans for recycling. This year, GHC Reid will be sending three containers, as more cans have been collected under the company’s partnership with the AS-EPA KEEP AMERICAN SAMOA CLEAN campaign. [photo LAF]
