Womens Coalition sponsors gubernatorial forum

The Womens Coalition of American Samoa has invited local media along with the public to a gubernatorial forum for three days this week. Tthe forum is reviving an opportunity for voters to hear the platforms of the candidates for Governor and Lt Governor and to make an informed decision.

Scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week, each day will feature a different team.

Vaitautolu and Taufetee confirmed for yesterday, August 27, while Pula and Pulu confirmed for Thursday, August 29.

The Coalition says Lemanu & Laapui and Fatumalala Al Shehri and Luisa O’Oconner have yet to confirm their participations.

Election is set for Tuesday, Nov. 5.
