TCF escapee captured Monday afternoon

Tao Liu, who was being held behind bars on a no bail status on 11 criminal charges, which included drugs and unlicensed firearm escaped the Territory Correctional Facility early Sunday morning and was re-captured Monday afternoon around 5 p.m., according to police sources.

 There has been no formal statement from the Department of Safety of Liu’s escape & capture; and, Commissioner of Public Safety, Save Liuato Tuitele could not be reached for comment by press time.
