Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — In a short press statement, Territorial Bank of American Samoa reports it has been advised by Mastercard – the TBAS card provider — that the TBAS cards are currently down.
Mastercard has identified the problem and is currently working to resolve it, according to TBAS.
With card service not working, TBAS has announced the bank will be open today (Saturday, July 20) from 8 am to 12pm to accommodate their customers.
