Last month of free surgery at DOA veterinary clinic

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — It's the last month for free surgery at the ASG Department of Agriculture Veterinary Clinic.  In collaboration with the non-profit organization Coconut Mutts, the clinic has spayed and neutered over 200 animals for free over the last two months. 

In December, any female animal sterilization (spay surgery) is free for the first 100 registrants. This includes dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens.
