2023 & 2024 Statistical Yearbook now available to the public

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — The Department of Commerce, through the Statistics and Analysis Division, has released the combined Statistical Yearbook for 2023 and 2024.

This edition marks the fortieth release of the yearbook, which presents statistics and trends regarding the Territory's demographic, social, and economic characteristics based on censuses, surveys, and administrative records. We hope that this data on population, health, education, law enforcement, climate, land use, migration, trade, government finances, prices, employment, agriculture, utilities, and national accounts will foster interest in the pursuit of happiness and well-being for the people of American Samoa.

The collection and analysis of the raw data compiled in the Statistical Yearbook would not be possible without the cooperation of numerous local and federal government agencies, private businesses, and individuals. The Department of Commerce extends its deepest appreciation to everyone who contributed to this edition. We welcome any feedback that could help improve the quality and content of the yearbook.
