On a sunny and hot Wednesday afternoon this week — note the umbrella for shade — Samoa News captured this photo of two employees from Treasury Department setting up and decorating the department’s Christmas tree on the lawn of the A.P. Lutali Executive Office Building in Utulei. To the right of the employees is another Treasury Department tree already decorated. Each ASG agency and office housed at the EOB is assigned to set-up and decorate a Christmas tree on the EOB lawn. [photo: FS]
