Personnel and aid from FEMA and DHSS departed Hawaii March 4, 2022, to assist American Samoa in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Spotted in the middle is Congresswoman Unifa’atali Amata (4th from right, front row) who was reported to be traveling with the federal contingent.
