14th Annual Tisa’s Tattoo Festival

Tatau Off the Grid, was the theme, of the 14th Annual Tisa’s Tattoo Festival in Alega Bay, this past weekend, Friday Oct. 26 through Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018.
