WELCOME HOME FIRST LADY ELLA PEREFOTI MAUGA: The First Lady was among the 159 repatriated passengers on the first repat flight to American Samoa, who were quarantined at Tradewinds Hotel and released to their loved ones on Monday this week. From the hotel, Gov. Lemanu Peleti Palepoi Sialega Mauga, who attended the service hosted by the repatriated passengers —  went with his wife to former Sen.
