At approximately 11a.m. Sunday morning, Samoa News captured this image — a full size truck, on fire, in front of the Laufou Shopping Center in Nuuuli. The front end of a black Ford Explorer, only inches behind the truck, was mangled. Not one police unit or fire truck was at the site when this photo was snapped. [photo: BG]
