Stairway to Nowhere photo & caption

Sent in by a Samoa News reader, the photo shows that a wooden staircase is being built in the back of the District Court building — which is obviously great news for the 2nd floor workers, “in case of a fire” when completed. That is… when a door is added — right now in its current building stage, the staircase seems to be a going “no where”…  [courtesy photo]
