On a sunny morning this week Wednesday, crews were seen working to put letters for American Samoa’s motto — Samoa Muamua Le Atua (or Samoa, Let God Be First) — on the arch of the Sogelau Monument, scheduled to be officially dedicated on Dec. 9th.
