Portable toliets at NVTHS photo & caption

This Samoa News photo taken Tuesday morning at Nu’uuli Vocational Technical High School shows portable toilets, which will be used by male students, as their restrooms are included in the current construction of a new high school gym. Restrooms for female students and teachers are inside one of the school’s two-story buildings.  Some parents have shared with lawmakers their complaints about the portable toilets, as well as the lack of desks and supplies.
