Measuring climate change photo & caption

Last Friday’s tour of the NOAA Ship Rainier began with a brief demonstration from the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) team led by Dr. Hannah Barkley, a NOAA research scientist based in Honolulu, Hawaii. The team discussed various methodologies employed from assessing fish populations and species to measuring the AS region’s ocean climate change.
