The Matsunaga Veteran Affairs Beneficial Travel Office launched their resources and training for American Samoa’s veterans stranded in Hawai’i. Many of them were standing at food banks and were referred to the Keiki to Kupuna Foundation, that provides weekly meals in partnership with the with the City and the County of Honolulu Elderly Affairs Division and the Hawaii Public Health Institute.
