Manumalo Academy first graders

Middle schoolers at Manumalo Academy got an early White Sunday treat Thursday morning when the first graders (pictured) took center stage and performed beautiful songs that wowed everyone. Sunday, Oct. 13th is White Sunday, which is celebrated every year on the second Sunday in October. Tonga and Samoa — on the other side of the International Dateline — are celebrating their White Sunday today.  [photo: B. Chen]
