Halloween 2018

Employees of the American Samoa Department of Homeland Security are well into the Halloween spirit. Earlier this week  Samoa News snapped this photo of the ASDHS crew at their main office in Tafuna. Tonight little angels, ghosts, and goblins will be out and about chanting "trick or treat".
