First Day with Code Red in Am. Samoa photo & caption

This photo taken at 9:30a.m yesterday morning in front of TBAS in Tafuna — people lining up at the ATM, as the bank is closed due to the Code Red issued by the governor for America Samoa. Businesses are allowed to open from 5am to 4pm. In the meantime, Samoa News’ office will be open from 9am - 3pm, with “mask wearing only” customers allowed to enter the office.
