Tattoo artists with roots in Tutuila & Manuāa represented American Samoa at the Tatau Tattoo Festival held last week in Samoa, where over 2,000 people passed through over a span of 3 days. A few are pictured here: Tanu (Utulei), Charles (Manuāa/Iliāili), Tau (Manuāa/Atuāu), and Duffy (Manuāa/Petesa) with the American Samoa flag during the parade of nations that kicked off the festivities. Other locals on hand include organizer Whitey Chen. Read story on Monday. [photo: Blue Chen]
