CORRECTION

There are inaccuracies in the news story posted earlier and now removed titled: Update: Fagaau drug bust defendants arraigned in High Court.  According to an attorney for one of the defendants in the case, no one has entered a guilty/ not guilty plea yet.  The hearing on June 26, 2023 was not an arraignment but a preliminary examination. At the PX the charge of "possession with the intent to distribute” was dropped against a number of the defendants based on a lack of probable cause to bring the charge. Samoa News apologizes for the errors.
